I would think that FSA/RMA could be pulling acreage and yield data directly from the farmers GPS system.
My initial reaction is no, won't work. But I'm thinking in terms of what was possible 15 years ago. I gather these days you can use XML and other stuff to pass data among systems in a way we couldn't imagine in 1996.
